Our Services
It is my objective to become a valuable resource for each and every hotel owner within my market. As the market enters a new cycle, many property owners are evaluating their positions and assessing their plans for the future. As a result, opportunities to capitalize on these changes will emerge.
I am always available to discuss these market trends and how these changes will impact your property. I am also always happy to discuss strategies which will allow you to capitalize on the current market. Please feel free to contact me directly at 303-328-2052, or on my cell phone at 720-217-6600.
At Marcus & Millichap our mission is to make a market for each property we represent. Market forces can be powerful and we have more than 30 years of experience in knowing how to harness market forces for the benefit of our clients.
For example, consider this 111-room hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. The owners were contact by Hospitality Broker, Phil McDonald. Mr. McDonald was confident in his ability to add value in the effective marketing and sale of this hotel property located in a seasonal market with recent softening due to troop deployments.
Mr. McDonald prepared a comprehensive marketing plan and marketing materials that disclosed the propertys current performance and the opportunity for appreciation which would result from future development in the area and the increase in troop levels at area bases.
This information was then shared with our network of hospitality specialists located in 70 offices throughout the country. Multiple offers were generated from qualified buyers and the resulting competition allowed the seller to accept an offer from the most qualified buyer who agreed to retain existing staff and management.
Marcus & Millichap National Hospitality Group has continued to increase market share in 2007. More specifically, I have personally been responsible for increasing our market share by 25% within my Colorado. I look forward to helping even more hotel owners maximize the value of their property in 2008.
